The property is located 3.7 miles west of Southampton on Upton Crescent in the village of Nursling.

Built in the 1930s bungalow has been modernised and boasts a entrance hall, two bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom and large lounge with interconnecting doors to conservatory at the rear.

A new car port has recently been erected in front of garage with ample parking for up to three cars.

Both front and back gardens are generous in size, however the view from the front is greatly obscured by the 100ft high pylon.

The eyesore property is currently been marketed for sale by Michael Rhodes Estate Agents and has recently been listed on Rightmove.

There is no mention of the structure in the listing, however it is hard to miss if viewing the photo of the front.

In February 2014 the property was purchased by the current owner for £248,000.
