Two teenage girls have been arrested after a disturbance was reported near Glasgow’s OVO Hydro while a concert was taking place at the venue.

Police were called to the Congress Road area at around 9.40pm on Wednesday evening. The incident happened close to the OVO Hydro, where singer James Arthur was performing to a large crowd at the time.
Images from the scene show several police vehicles and officers in the area as crowds were arriving at and leaving the venue.
Congress Road runs alongside the Hydro complex and the surrounding streets were busy throughout the evening.
It is not known whether the disturbance was connected to the concert.
Officers attended and two girls, aged 16 and 17, were arrested and charged.
No injuries have been reported and Police Scotland has not released further details about the nature of the disturbance.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Around 9.40pm on Wednesday, 4 February, we received a report of a disturbance in the Congress Road area of Glasgow.
“Two female youths aged 16 and 17 were arrested and charged in connection and a report will be sent to the Procurator Fiscal.”
The incident will now be reported to the Procurator Fiscal. Enquiries are ongoing.
